Contact our team by phone, email or through our website and tell us about the work your motorhome, caravan or campervan requires. We’ll usually ask for a few photographs of the damage and your vehicle details to help us assess the repair.
We’ll assess the damage, explain the most suitable repair solution and provide honest advice on what’s really needed. If it’s an insurance repair, we can also begin liaising with your insurer, making the process as stress-free as possible.
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll book your vehicle into our workshop and carefully plan the repair. This includes sourcing any required parts, colour matching and prepping the vehicle before work begins. We’ll drop you off at our local station, once you’ve left your vehicle with us.
Once everything is in place, we’ll carry out the repairs using the correct methods and materials for your vehicle. We take our time to do the job properly, ensuring every repair is completed to the highest possible standard.
Before your vehicle leaves our workshop, we carefully refinish the repaired areas and carry out a thorough inspection to make sure everything has been completed to the standard we’d expect ourselves.
Once everything’s finished, we’ll let you know your vehicle is ready to collect. We’ll show you the completed repairs, answer any questions you may have and make sure you’re happy before you leave.
